Happy New Year, CEO! How are you starting the year? Easing back into the swing of things or all-systems-go??
I’m practicing a familiar—and welcome—pattern: a slower, more intentional start to the year. 2025 required a lot from us. I hope this year you take time to intentionally set a sustainable rhythm for yourself, your family, your life, and your business.
January is always a time of assessment and planning for me. I look at the last year's data with clear eyes and new direction from God. It enables me to set goals that align with what matters most to me and what can maximize revenue and resiliency for the business.
Prayer is always at the start and heart of that process. This year I am sharing a Prayer for Entrepreneurs. It’s my hope for you as God empowers you to build, steward, grow, and lead this year. I'm sharing it by blog so you can return to it as often as you need to this year.
