Due to the nature of the program, refunds are available if the candidates application is not approved or if the request is received at least one week prior to program start date to allow another participant to fill the spot. In all other cases, you agree to honor your commitment to complete all payments through the pay in full or payment plan option as selected. 

All of our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials are intended solely for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By accessing or using our Programs, Products, or Services or our Program Materials, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

Nothing on this website is a promise or guarantee of a specific result or income. Illustrations and previous outcomes are examples of what is possible. We will provide the necessary information and tools within the scope of the program, but your final outcome is a result of your effort, participation, and implementation. We share established best practices and insight, but do not offer any legal, medical, tax or other professional advice, and recommend you use requisite caution and consult the appropriate professional before legally binding decisions are made to ensure you understand the full impact of any proposed changes. We are here as a guide, resource, and support, but you retain responsibility for decisions made. Your application, registration, or participation in our services, events, etc. or use of our products provided with the requisite professional care and detail, you agree to this and will not hold us liable for your decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance.

You will be provided access to a group and program platform for the life of the program. You agree to abide by program and group policies in place to ensure a safe, positive, and beneficial learning environment for all members. You may also be granted access to additional resources, tools, and events through your participation in this program. 

Your personal information, such as name, phone number, email address, may be collected through the site and will be used to communicate with you for the duration of the program and through continued business communications thereafter. Your information will not be shared with third parties, although it may be shared with other apps, software, etc. The Corporate Consultant uses in its normal course of business to communicate with clients and deliver services.

All resources, content, materials, etc. owned by The Corporate Consultant are protected by all applicable intellectual proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly noted or authorized are restricted from your ability to reproduce, license, rent, sell, modify, distribute, copy, or otherwise use as your own work. You will have a revocable, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use and reference applicable resources related to your program and growth.
