Goal: You want a clear, comprehensive strategy and continued support as you implement. Solution: Consultations + Implementation + Coaching + Support This solution works with you to create solutions fit to your unique business opportunities, gaps, needs, and strengths. We then work with you to break down your larger strategy into manageable pieces to implement over a three month period. We met twice a month for live strategy and trouble shooting sessions, and our team is available to support you through our client portal and email in between biweekly sessions. How It Works: - We begin with a background evaluation to better understand your history in business, then we map out personalized solutions tailored to your current business stage and selected goals utilizing our 7 part Framework. - Biweekly consultation sessions discuss and strategize around your business and/or leadership questions, challenges, or opportunities. - Your personalized, action-focused, strategy solutions will be shared in a written and video format to ensure you can refer to our discussion and your personalized plan of action at any time. - Our partnership continues as you implement strategies with our team available to offer continued support in between consultations. Please Note: - Our Team performs research and preparation regarding your questions before each call to provide personalized strategy during your consultation. You may be asked to submit additional information before your session to ensure we have appropriate context for the discussion. - Each biweekly consultation is designed to discuss 1-2 specific challenges or opportunities and provide a strategic solution based on sound business & scriptural principles to address your concerns. - Clients will meet with Dr. Carter twice a month for the duration of the plan. Dr. Carter and the TCC Team will be available by email and through the member portal between meetings to offer continued support. Includes: Consultation + Access to Recordings + Coaching + Ongoing Support Investment: $4950

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of consultation services, refunds are not available once the consultation has been completed. Please note, if you cancel your service less than 48hrs before the session is scheduled to begin a $150 cancellation fee will be assessed.
