Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of consultation services, refunds are not available once the consultation has been completed. Please note, if you cancel your service less than 48hrs before the session is scheduled to begin a $150 cancellation fee will be assessed. Alternatively, you are welcome to reschedule at least 72hours before your session. Please email any questions to info@lorinrcarter.com.
